Class One Traffic Management is delighted to announce the appointment of David Wilson as their Business Development Manager.
David will be responsible for growing the traffic management company in key sectors including high- and low-speed infrastructure, utilities, rail, events and construction as well as bringing digital services to Class One customers.
With a career spanning 40 years, David brings a wealth of BD experience including knowledge of traffic management following an earlier spell working for Class One.
“I am delighted to return to Class One to support them on the next stage of their growth,” comments David. “During my previous time with Class One I was heavily involved in securing the second phase of The Edinburgh Trams Project, which is due to run till 2023 and I also played a large part in Class One becoming the preferred traffic management contractor for SGN (Scottish Gas Networks), a contract which is coming to fruition now. Future opportunities are endless, and I am looking forward to exploring them and bringing new business to Class One.”
Class One is Scotland’s leading traffic management company with contracts secured on the New Queensferry Crossing, the new M8 corridor between Glasgow and Edinburgh and the Aberdeen Bypass, as well as traffic management services for a number of upcoming events including Edinburgh Summer Sessions. They recently became part of the UK-wide Chevron Group of companies who provide traffic management, digital services and arboricultural services across the UK.
